Rachel Rotsaert

When contemplating the name for my business I realized that my initials, were an accounting formula.

R. E. Norgate...REN...R-E=N...Revenue - Expense = Net Income.

I have been in the business of bookkeeping, business management and process streamlining, for the past 20 years.  I have worked with many different companies, from large to small and in industries ranging from Engineering and Manufacturing to Television, Animation and Film production.

However, no matter the industry, there is one thing that remains the same, financials.  Each company has them, needs them and must maintain them.  In order to do this, you need a solid foundation...your bookkeeping/accounting staff.

Good bookkeeping in a must.  Standardizing your bookkeeping allows for clarity, continuity and conspicuity.

The cleaner the set of books, the quicker and easier it is to see where issues or discrepancies are. Quite simply, good bookkeeping allows for greater cost savings.
